Customer Service rep was rude and hung up on us. He lied about our order and told us it would cost us money to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office among other lies. Only 1 item can be returned free. We had to pay return fees and TAX on the return for a total of $23.00 giving them any rating above zero is too high.
