I could not return an item as I checked out as a guest when buying it due to an login error, therefore it does not show in my orders. NO CONTACT NUMBER and NO EMAIL. I tried enquiry online and it says there's a problem with my internet connection, which there isn't. Very long waiting time for the item. I'm now stuck with an item which doesn't fit and can't return it.
