I've ordered several packages since mid April, two of which have arrived. three have tracking info that says they've either reached their destination facility in the US or are on a flight, and they've been like that for the better part of a month. When I reached out to customer service, I was told Fedex hasn't picked up the packages yet and so I'd have to contact them. when I contacted Fedex they said they only have a shipping label, and the package was supposed to be coming from within the US. I want some sort of accountability. I need a refund because my package NEVER ARRIVED and NOBODY KNOWS WHERE IT IS.
