Don't trust this site and avoid buying from them.
- Items are overpriced for the quality that you receive.
- Items and clothes come with a very weird smell and some are very itchy.
- Packing isn't sturdy and soft, so items will get damaged getting to you.
- They operate overseas in China and service is nonexistent.
- No free returns, paid returns even on damaged goods.
If you want to perform a refund, it's painful. The customer service is non-existent, they reply like robots and shift blame. They won't actually help you with it.
The courier company they use, Parcel Point is by far the worst and unreliable courier service company you could come across.
Once you've booked a pickup to return the items, they say that it will be picked up tomorrow but they never come around. The first time I tried to perform a refund, it took them 2 weeks and a threat to CAV for my items to be picked up.
The second time around, I had to keep following up everyday for 3 weeks, I'm still waiting for my returns to be picked up.
SHEIN doesn't take responsibility or assist you with following this up so you're basically out of pocket if the courier company screws up, even tho SHEIN chooses to use this courier company.
