Bought a coffee machine for £60 reduced from £100 and it broke within three months. They are refusing to send a replacement even though they have a responsibility to do so under the Consumer Rights Act as the product is less than 6 months old. Horrendous customer service. Garbled emails written in poor English that don't make any sense. Won't use again. Avoid.
