Terrible customer service. Email after Email trying to return an item which has taken over a week and still no progress made. Each email sent comes with a 2/3 day wait for a response. The return process is confusing and stressful, as well as the cost to return the item. Overall disappointing, would not recommend buying more than one item at a time in case you are unsatisfied.
