I used to buy regularly from Bodum and was generally happy with the quality-to-price ratio. I even defended them when other people I recommended the brand started getting some less-than-great items. Then in mid-November, I ordered a Christmas gift from my SO, the package was lost in transit and the courier told me to tell Bodum to send another package since the item for them was lost. I told Bodum and they first replied almost instantly saying they were "investigating". That was the end of November, and since then I told them to send me another order, and opened another ticket. Never got another reply. I won't be ordering from them ever again.
