Bodum's Bistro is inappropriately advertised as both a coffee and "espresso" bean grinder.
It does not process a satisfactory grind for espresso. The grinds are not fine enough. As a result the water pours through the coffee to quickly. Meaning you won't get a silky creamy espresso shot.
I am not satisfied with this product and want to return it. I've written its customer service team, but to no avail. I'll keep following up with Bodum with the objective of getting this problem resolved.
