I bought a Bodum Bistro online and it immediately clogged and became unusable. I contacted Bodum customer services and they asked me to send a video, which i did. They were very unhelpful and said the problem was just static and refused to let me return it. (I'm sure this breaches some kind of distance selling regulations!) Ended up having to use a compressed air gun to clear the blockage. The blocked coffee grounds were in oily clumps so I guess there must have been some grease on the burrs from the manufacturing process. Have since run it through a couple of times with dry rice to try and clean it and it seems to be ok, although I'm still not 100% convinced. I'm most disappointed in their complete lack of interest and support
