Products are good but customer service awful, their system had issues for about a week, not processing freebies for qualified purchases, I spent about $300 and yet they wouldnt want to honour the freebies I qualified for. It takes weeks to come back to your escalations then they find every excuse or tricks to dissapoint you not to proceed. I woulnt shop again at Bodum
