What a pathetic company. I wish I could give a negative or zero star review. I bought a burr coffee grinder and after one horrendous messy use I decided to return the grinder but to my dismay, Bodum does not stand behind their products. They will not accept a return. I am now stuck with a poorly engineered and designed grinder.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
