Love love love my coach and the whole philosophy of GGS!!! I have learned sooo much and have learned to give myself grace while learning how to tweak my nutrition! My coach was awesome and was always available and was prompt in responding to my questions and dilemmas... would most definitely recommend GGS to all women!
