The amount of knowledge available in this course was beyond my expectations. It gave me confidence and all the tools needed to coach new mums. I love when every information was supported with scientific evidence and in case of insufficient evidence, practical information based on client experience was given. This gave a sense of shadowing another coach. I would highly recommend this top quality course!
