Women's health and fitness (overall wellbeing) has been underrated and medically hasn't provided an injustice.
Fitness and nutrition for Older women specifically being my niche, this course is one I can stand by. It focuses on specifics and specifics geared for women in all stages. And I would love to have the opportunity to delve into the menopause certification as there are so many myths and not enough direction. It's not a one size fits all and any additional support I would love to offer. I Learn from my journey as well through each stage of life. This adds that extra knowledge to better assist amd direct.
