I’m so grateful I took the opportunity to begin this program. I never realized just how much there is to learn about menopause—it has shed light on so many experiences I had during my own menopausal journey years ago. With a clearer understanding now, I find myself navigating this stage of life with a new perspective. As I move through my sixth decade, I’m experiencing menopause differently, and I can truly appreciate the knowledge this program offers.
