I highly recommend coaching from Girls Gone Strong. Throughout the year of coaching, I consistently felt supported and encouraged by my coach Amber. I chose to workout at home and was provided solid weekly workout plans that I could easily accomplish within about 45 minutes. A year after starting the program I am stronger and feel more confident in my body. I appreciated that the program did not mention specific eating plans, rather the focus was on nutrition skills and strategies for how I eat. Over the past year, I have made modifications that have made my life better. A third component of the coaching was an almost weekly mindset skill and action plan that helped me move into a more healthful and growth-focused mindset about my body and thinking. I am incredibly thankful I did something that seemed a little scary and signed up for coaching.
