The GGS Menopause Cert has really opened my eyes to what many of the women I am coaching are going through in their personal lives. Since starting this certification, so many of my clients have been open and surprisingly excited about sharing their own experiences with menopause. It's been a game changer in the gym and is now a comfortable topic of conversation.
