As I am still plugging away at the studies I have found the information easy to retain and apply. I am so glad I decided to move forward with learning more about the menopause journey as it will help me better understand myself as well as my clients. There isn’t a lot of good, solid information out there about menopause and that is an issue where I hope to be a part of the solution.
