I have been a huge supporter, fangirl of GGS since 2018. I have so much respect and admiration for Molly Galbraith and her team of rockstar health and fitness gurus. Evidence-based, feminist, empowering messaging, education and training -- a breath of fresh air in the midst of a lot of "pretty" noise.
