I have been working with GGS for two years now. Initially, I started to prepare my body before pregnancy and to get my body stronger. I am so grateful that I was able to get pregnant fairly quickly which transitioned me to work with my coach on pregnancy strength training. Throughout the pregnancy process, I felt really good in my strength and had a fairly quick labor! I had my baby girl in June and started to do post-partum exercises afterwards. It has been quite the journey with them over the past two years. They gave a ton of really good resources and it was so nice to be able to do the workouts without overthinking. I really enjoyed working with my coach and getting weekly check ins to see how I was feeling during the whole process. It helped keep me motivated and connected throughout the entire program. I would recommend this program to many of my friends that are trying to stay strong during pregnancy or want to prepare their body for pregnancy.
