I'm a recent graduate (just last week!) of the Menopause coaching Specialist Certification program. I have numerous members who have been frustrated from the menopause process, so it was something I wanted to learn more about. I especially liked that, in the text, you'd get a bunch of information and then there would be a "How a Coach Can Help" section on how to apply all that you just read. Most certifications don't do that, so I appreciate the guidance on real world application of the information.
