I am actually a really healthy person. I am a runner and was eating fairly healthy. I didn't have that much weight to lose, but the ten pounds I wanted to lose seemed stuck.

Now, I am at a weight I am perfectly happy with. My goal was to lose 10 pounds, and I have lost 15. I am more confident. I find that my workouts and running are stronger at this lower weight. My clothes fit better, and I feel lean, which benefits my overall outlook. I eat so many more unrefined foods as a result and have really upped my vegetable intake. I also have been able to end my nightly snack habit.
With her expertise, I have lost not only the ten pounds I had hoped to but an additional five. I know this may not sound like much weight in the weight loss world, but I can tell you it has made a world of difference to me.

I am thankful I found your program and believe I have embedded healthy practices into my day-to-day lifestyle and can stick with them.
