Same experience as Alex. Multiple emails, online chat and phone calls. Vince appears apologetic on call, acknowledging the job hasn't been printed yet alone dispatched and gave me numerous new delivery dates. Well over a month and Banner hasn't been delivered and I don't expect it to be... reported to Trading Standards, which I gave prior notice of to the company so they had the opportunity to respond.
