Absolutely terrible company to order from. They have attempted to do the "As Per our Terms & Conditions" malarkey that other people have experienced, however I have had no choice but to take it to a section 75 claim. We gave them plenty of notice to get it printed and delivered and it was 1 week and 3 days late, which is totally useless for our event. We also had to refuse the delivery due to the packaging looking like someone has ripped it apart. On top of this, going into the code of the websites terms and conditions, it looks like someone has updated their terms and conditions 15 minutes before they emailed us meaning they are manipulating it to try and get a one up. No communication from them regarding this at all, seems to be run by either one guy with many hats and names or a couple of people who are clueless. Do not buy from them. You will be Disappointed and you will not get your order. Definitely a scam, be warned.
