“A Disappointing Experience with Vinyl Banners Printing
I am writing to share my recent, deeply disappointing experience with Vinyl Banners Printing, a company I had previously held in high regard. Last year, I utilised their services to print a vinyl banner for a special gathering with friends. The process was seamless, and the quality of the product was commendable, which led me to return to them this year for a project very close to my heart. I aimed to print a banner for a fundraising event in memory of a dear friend who passed away from brain cancer. Given the deeply personal nature of this project, it was imperative that the execution was flawless.
Unfortunately, my customer journey this time was starkly different and profoundly unsatisfactory. Initially, I was unnecessarily upsold a design mockup service, despite having a ready and previously satisfactory design. Trusting their judgment, I conceded, only to be presented with mockups significantly inferior to my original design. I stressed the importance of adhering to the original design due to the personal significance of the banner, but my concerns were met with a lack of professionalism and empathy, particularly from an employee named James. His approach was argumentative and displayed a blatant disregard for customer service excellence.
The situation deteriorated when James erroneously sent one of the unsatisfactory mockups for printing, despite my explicit instruction to use my original design. This error became apparent in the receipt, and upon raising the issue, James was unyielding, refusing to acknowledge his mistake and suggesting I place a new order at my expense. This exchange involved over 20 emails and extended phone calls, culminating in an admission of error but no tangible resolution.
Promised a 3-day delivery, the banner failed to arrive, with no communication from the company. Upon enquiry, I was informed by another employee, Chris, that the order was "lost in the post," a claim that seemed far-fetched. The banner eventually arrived two weeks late, concluding an ordeal that involved over 20 emails, a non-delivered order, and a complete absence of apology or compensation for the numerous inconveniences and the emotional distress caused.
This experience has been one of frustration, disappointment, and a stark departure from the professionalism expected from a reputable service provider. The lack of empathy, accountability, and customer service throughout this process has been disheartening, especially given the personal significance of the banner. I urge potential customers to carefully consider their options before choosing Vinyl Banners Printing, to avoid a similarly distressing experience. For me, the risk is too great to warrant a future engagement with the company.”
“Poor print quality, damaged in transit due to poor packaging. When I raised the concern I was told it was packaged well their end and that the courier had mis- handled it. Complaint closed automatically.”

“Terrible customer service and print quality. Ordered 2 pop up roller banners for my charity for our annual awards night on 8th May. Products arrived within a few days however quality was very boor. One banner had a light blue streak down he entire banner (as if a toner was running out - how did this pass quality control?).
Was promised a replacement banner would be sent out the next day however 2 weeks later this had still not arrived. As my event had now passed I requested a refund for the faulty banner. I was then told I must send the faulty banner back at my own expense to receive a refund (despite having previously been promised a replacement based on photos of the faulty product). Now 8 weeks later I am still awaiting a refund and my charity is out of pocket. Continually promised that the refund will be processed however never arrives.
Do not use this company - there are plenty of alternatives to Vinyl Banners Printing who will be able to deliver a quality product and actually deliver on your order.”
“THEY ARE CHEATERS AND LIARS. Worst service, rude customer service. And pathetic mode of dealing customers. Never going back to them and never ever recommendation them to anyone.”
“Absolutely terrible company to order from. They have attempted to do the "As Per our Terms & Conditions" malarkey that other people have experienced, however I have had no choice but to take it to a section 75 claim.
We gave them plenty of notice to get it printed and delivered and it was 1 week and 3 days late, which is totally useless for our event. We also had to refuse the delivery due to the packaging looking like someone has ripped it apart.
On top of this, going into the code of the websites terms and conditions, it looks like someone has updated their terms and conditions 15 minutes before they emailed us meaning they are manipulating it to try and get a one up.
No communication from them regarding this at all, seems to be run by either one guy with many hats and names or a couple of people who are clueless. Do not buy from them. You will be Disappointed and you will not get your order.
Definitely a scam, be warned.”

“HORRENDOUS, SAVE YOUR MONEY! I agree with other reviews, this company must be using fake reviews. They messed up a previous order of mine and I lost out on a big advertising opportunity because they had my job sat waiting and not printed when it should have already been delivered. They would only give me a credit note so I reluctantly used them again... GUESS WHAT??? They FAILED AGAIN to get my banners delivered. I even allowed an extra week for any possible delay and as I am writing this now, I have missed another big advertising opportunity while my banners sit in a depot somewhere which should have been delivered a week ago.
Please don't waste your money, pay a little more for a reputable company because what I have lost in potential income is far bigger than if I had paid more for a responsible company to print them in the first place.”
“Same experience as Alex. Multiple emails, online chat and phone calls. Vince appears apologetic on call, acknowledging the job hasn't been printed yet alone dispatched and gave me numerous new delivery dates. Well over a month and Banner hasn't been delivered and I don't expect it to be... reported to Trading Standards, which I gave prior notice of to the company so they had the opportunity to respond.”
“This company is a complete joke, they take your money, promise delivery, and not only don't deliver, but they also don't even keep you informed. When you try and contact them about the order they say that they will refund you the money but then ignore all emails and contact. Would not recommend it at all and I would stay well clear of this company at all costs.”

They claim their reviews are fake - however - THEY ARE ALL REAL.
I had placed an order with a time-frame of importance.
Vince @ Banner Printing ensured that it would be completed in good timing.
I then had to chase up my order which they then claimed that there had been a delay.
The delay meant that the work would be completed after the date I had asked for the work to be completed. They then offered to get it completed 1 day after I had asked for - requesting £20 for faster delivery.
I had to argue the point that - they had delayed my order - why am I paying extra to receive it later than expected?
This company does not care about their customers, only about the money they make. Their excuse was that they would make no money if they going to ship it using Next Day Delivery even though they had messed up and delayed the order.
I would not use this company at all if I was you.”
“FRAUD ! Avoid ant any costs ! I`v oreder prints from them and payed for fast 72h delivery. After 4 days no delivery and no updates from them. I`ve sent them email asked to cancel my order and got replay from Vince that will get my money back in 48h. Did not received them. Than another email asked for refund and again Vince promissed that will get back my money same day- no refund again. Owner of that scam business Mr Rashid havd few other websites like that so be carefull.
Worst company ever. They have been already reported to Traiding Standards as scam/fraud company”

We run a small juicing company & needed urgent banners for our stall at a Christmas market. Vince who took my initial call, made everything "No problem"!! He calmed down my anxieties, took ownership of the request, & with his team, turned our banners around quickly & got them to us on time.
