Terrible customer service and print quality. Ordered 2 pop up roller banners for my charity for our annual awards night on 8th May. Products arrived within a few days however quality was very boor. One banner had a light blue streak down he entire banner (as if a toner was running out - how did this pass quality control?). Was promised a replacement banner would be sent out the next day however 2 weeks later this had still not arrived. As my event had now passed I requested a refund for the faulty banner. I was then told I must send the faulty banner back at my own expense to receive a refund (despite having previously been promised a replacement based on photos of the faulty product). Now 8 weeks later I am still awaiting a refund and my charity is out of pocket. Continually promised that the refund will be processed however never arrives. Do not use this company - there are plenty of alternatives to Vinyl Banners Printing who will be able to deliver a quality product and actually deliver on your order.
