We are sorry to hear of your unfortunate experience last September. We have looked back at the incident and can see we experienced a technical fault beyond our control when we changed over our text delivery provider which dropped a number of jobs that should have been sent to our handymen. We contacted all the customers this affected as soon as we knew of the issue. We offered you and others a discount for those jobs that needed rebooking but in your case you chose not to accept the offer. In regards to receipts, as a matter of course we automatically issue customers an email receipt which would have been the case for your previous job in 2015. If you did not receive one we were not informed of such at the time. Again, our apologies for the inconvenience caused and understand that we did try to remedy a difficult situation on the day.

“I needed an electrician to install a new light fixture in hall but the guy sent was not a qualified electrician and could not get it to work. A qualified electrician was sent a few day later who managed to fix it quite quickly. When I order an electrician I expect an electrician with the proper qualifications to be sent. Very disappointing as I have had very good experiences with other tradesmen previously but will do my best to avoid using again.”

“Having used you previous a number of years ago and having remembered how good you were, unfortunately on this occasions we were very disappointed. There was a problem with the office WC cistern not flushing, which it took your chap some time to find ~ (apparently the plastic forming the suction for the water to be pulled through?), and then some time to fix, with ominous hammering sounds coming from the WC. The WC compartment was left in soiled condition with bits of cement on the floor and water appear to have dripped from the pipe coming from the cistern in the pan, which had not been wiped up and the basin was quite dirty. The other 'problem' was a curtain rail in one of the flats which needed to be re-fixed and he just said it was broken and needed a new one. The part that went into the wall was loose, and has since been re-fixed by others, as it did not need a new rail at all.”
