“I ordered a 4’x4’ sign for a client and when I received the sign I was greeted by a box with your logo branding a large portion of the packaging. If that wasn’t enough you felt it necessary to put your logo on the front of the sign without my knowledge (this was not visible on my proof). So now not only do I have to find another box to deliver it in but I can’t hide my resource which in turn allows my client to cut me out or haggle over what I charge to design and get the product to their doors. I REALLY APPRECIATE your attempt at making me lose business, but I can’t let that happen so, I was forced by a deadline to go to REAL SIGN Co. to have this printed correctly. I am a design artist and I order all kinds of marketing materials from a variety of companies regularly. I do not receive anything brand from my other print labs. If this is your standard business practice you are positioning yourself to only deal outside of commercial business. Can you name one business in its right mind that would want another company’s logo on its signage? This is my first and last order with your company and I can’t wait to tell anyone who will listen. Hi Steven, our system is 100% designed for low cost, high quality, same day shipping to the end user. Even what may seem like a simple task to remove branding from some orders would require us to carry separate inventory at all our locations, another step in every order and not allow us to identify our signs for automated tracking and and our 2 year product guarantee. I understand that you make a living by adding value and then re-selling but slowing down our delivery time and increasing our cost/price so others can resell our products is not in our business model. We pride ourselves on being the very best and fastest for the narrow market of auctioneers and commercial real estate companies we service. We do not encourage resellers of our product and If you had mentioned that you are reselling you would have been informed that like most products in the market today ours are in fact branded.

Hi Brian, there must be some kind of miss-communication, our price, quality and speed is unmatched in the industry. If you are ordering large quantities (over 20) of the same 1-3 color sign there are better ways than digital printing to produce those products. We are dedicated to finding the best solution for our customers even if that means not using our digital print method.

“Sign was great. Material was good, looked great and perfect size. The pole kit to put into the ground had 2 cardboard like pieces that were supposed to help put it in the ground. They are cheap, the pole would be better with an angle or point. For that it doesnt get a perfect review but its a great sign for the price and I would buy again, just have to mod how it goes in the ground.”

“Sign arrived slightly damaged from shipping. When we read the return policy it looks like we can’t return it. Otherwise they were very fast to work with and made edits very fast! Interested to see if the sign does in fact hold up to the winds in our area! Hopeful it will!”

Hi Corey, we have a very liberal policy for replacing damaged signs, regardless of how they were damaged. Please give us a call and we will get that sign replaced in 1 day.
