“I spent three days trying to sort out my domain with MS365 it turns out a DS(DNSSEC) record which had moved with the domain when transferred was the problem. Heart couldn't/wouldn't remove it so we transferred the domain to 123reg who had told me on the phone that DS records can be managed online and sure enough 9 hours later email is flowing - so thank you 123Reg for 1) answering the phone and giving excellent tech advice and 2) for the quick transfer and ability to set up the domain DNS records. I will be transferring other domains in the near future.”

“I had a problem with my email account ( mails not sending) and I called the help line. Josh was the person on the other line that was helping me with my issue and he was very patient and guide me to fix the problem ( I am not the best person for ANY IT stuff) but with his amazing support he managed to get me up and running again. A BIG THANK YOU to Josh”
