“It went well, as a whole :) Except the delivery: as usual, the delivery company was a pain in the a**, but it’s not related. Quick question: I sent a technical question myself regarding the Uplift2.0 itself. Did you receive it? is there somewhere I can speak to someone?”

“First time purchased something via a Kickstarter. I was impressed how easily it could be done. Great communication especially with COVID disruptions. Only down side is I didnt get a text or email about delivery so it was delivered to safe place but know this until chased after hearing people had received theirs. Nick and Tom were extremely helpful with this.”

“I discovered Uplift via Kickstarter but I believe I went there because a friend in the UK had supported the project and told me about it. Interaction has been just fine, timely and friendly answers to my questions, payment and shipping info clear.”
