I ordered (ORD.NO.:#2237) on 09. February and got the Sculpture by 12. of April. The sculpture arrived with a broken glass dome due to poor packaging (as described below), which many people have reported on Kickstarter page and elsewhere. I sent pictures describing the issue and was offered a replacement, which appears to have been sent to a false address, hence returned to sender. I asked to send it again to the correct address and have not heard anything for a month now again.
Now I have a feeling that I wont get my replacement anymore!
Also I want to mention my experience communicating with sales@beuplifted.co.uk --- they have not gotten back to me once, only confirmation of purchase and shipment.
Communication only went through Tom Lawton directly, maybe it's a one-man show there. Tom seems to be a nice person, only maybe overwhelmed...
Maybe its the strong demand combined with poorly orgaized processes that lead to the quality and packaging issues. These seem to be the main topics of complaints on Kickstarter and elsewhere
Its a nice product...I guess... but the execution remains to be Uplifted.

A destroyed sculpture on delivery due to:
poor packaging and hence snapping of magnets which destroyed the glas dome
will be 6 months of emailing mainly of waiting for responses from a non-existing sales team”
“Sent for the product, then had to send several emails to find out when it would arrive as recieved no communication whatsoever. Product arrived but didn't work as it should. Got in touch with Tom, after finding out the solution he came up with didn't work Tom said he would send a replacement as soon as the other was sent back, he also said he would pay for return postage. This was several weeks ago!!
After several more emails from me, which haven't been answered I now find myself hugely out of pocket and absolutely nothing to show for. The excitement and novelty of having this product has completely been spoilt. I will now accept nothing more than a full refund of the product and the cost of return postage for the one sent back. .
Hugely disappointed and it certainly hasn't been uplifting for me.

Dear Jeannie - thanks for your message. I sent you a replacement dome a couple of weeks ago but admittedly, as it was free replacement I didn't send with tracked delivery. So I am sorry that it's has gone astray but I really do want this to be an uplifting experience for you and you have a whole lifetime to fall back in love with it - so I will send another for free and this time will email you a tracking number so that we can ensure safe delivery and finally get you uplifted.
