“I sent an email on 25th October & a second email on 4th November about the defect in my glass dome. Unfortunately you haven't responded to either of them.”

“Because of the difficulties sourcing products and manufacturing, and further exacerbated by the coronavirus, delivery of the piece was very much delayed, which I understand and accept, but it was intended as a gift - just way too late. Overall, buying was easy, communication was pretty reasonable, and I'm really happy to support this version of Uplift and an artist in my local community (although I don't know Tom personally).”
