“Pretty sure it’s a scam. Nothing delivered and my mail carrier said he didn’t have anything on Saturday for me. We also have cameras and nothing showed up to deliver anything.”

“Long time ago 17track was reputable tracking service. But CHINA are professionals in scams and as i understand there is tons of fake logistic companies which has registration here. Hope service will implement some verification Buy present on DHGate (my error, it was slightly cheaper than on Aliexpress) which never delivered but shows status "delivered"”

“It said my package was delivered. I have six cameras pointing at my driveway where all the shipping folks drop off my packages and this order was definitely not dropped off at my address. Was suppose to have been from a company that calls there self factory outlet and uses Wayfairs home page to sell there scam and all they do is one week your getting a refund to the next week we assure you your package has been shipped. This tracking company is as much a scam as are the companies that use it. Looks to me like you people would work as hard at a job as you do scamming people you could make money the honest way instead of ripping honest people off. Get a job!!!!! By the way this is the phony tracking number I was sent QBS303022869”

“I forgive you-- confess your sins to Jesus, turn from them, ask Him into your heart, and you will be saved-- going to heaven forever, and He will guide you, and love you like no other, in your life -- Get a Bible- read the book of John to get to know Him better, and then as you read your Bible, study it, and use it to keep you on the right path. I hope something great can come out of this-- find a Church -- non denominational if possible - not Catholic or Mormons, or Jehovah Witnesses -their religion is dead. “I bought an item from Tiktok, ice maker. The seller used 17Track showed it on 28th August 2024 arriving in UK. On 29th, received a small jiffy bag with a useless piece of costume jewellery. Wasn't tracked, Royal mail never received the so called tracked item. Sellers are using 17Track, giving false information. This is consistent with others on Tiktok who've received same tracking, then the seller closes their site.”

“Great tracking website that shows exactly where my items are. More detailed that fedex and ems by far. As long as you're buying from reputable sellers you won't be scammed - unsure why there are so many low scoring reviews, as these guys have nothing to do with shipping, they just track the reference number associated to your parcel.”

“This mob are associated with a Chinese company selling platforms for working at heights. That “claim” that they are only a tracking service and are not responsible. If you’re still working with scammer companies that say something is delivered and it’s not, that makes you an accessory to theft! You’re aiding and abetting the Chinese scammers! If I could give minus “stars” I would! These people don’t even have a contact number! And good luck getting an email reply! Buyers beware!”

“My package shipped from Hong Kong and was in transit for more than 80 days and has never been delivered. I contacted my Capital One Visa account and they are investigating and will report their findings. I assume the package was lost or stolen.”
