“I bought an item from Tiktok, ice maker. The seller used 17Track showed it on 28th August 2024 arriving in UK. On 29th, received a small jiffy bag with a useless piece of costume jewellery. Wasn't tracked, Royal mail never received the so called tracked item. Sellers are using 17Track, giving false information. This is consistent with others on Tiktok who've received same tracking, then the seller closes their site.”

As long as you're buying from reputable sellers you won't be scammed - unsure why there are so many low scoring reviews, as these guys have nothing to do with shipping, they just track the reference number associated to your parcel.”

“Ordered two different items with two different cards and two different addresses. Both receipts had the same tracking number. I called both banks and had the charges reversed however 4 days later one of my banks fraud department called me and someone was trying to get into my account. “Ordered from two different companies that gave me 17Track tracking numbers. Never received either order even though it says delivered. I work from home & my dogs go nuts anytime something is delivered. I also confirmed that I was, in fact, at home at the time they stated the packages were delivered. Such a scam. I'm out about $200 between the 2 orders. If it looks too good to be true, it is a scam. Definitely learned my lesson.”
