“The only comment I would like to make is, I feel it's not fair on your staff to have to deal with two or more clients at the one time. If they were allowed to do only one the issue would be resolved much quicker.
I was on the phone Sydney time from. 11.30 am to late afternoon. All because I was being helped with the poor man helping another client.
