“I had a serious virus over Christmas 2016 not knowing what to do by internet provider advised us to contact 24/7. They were absolutely excellent spent several hours sorting the problem. I spoke to several consultants and they were all very helpful and pleasant. I now have 24/7 installed on my computer and I have had several queries and contacted them and they are prompt in responding to me when required. I would recommend 24/7 to anyone thinking of installing their product. I rate them 100%. Plus they gave me the confidence to use a computer again.”
“For those of us that have not properly protected ourselves from getting spyware programs on our computers because we don't understand what can happen if we click on a link in something we've been sent, either from a friend or from an unknown source that entices us to be curious enough to open a link, a feeling of dis pair from the shock and surprise of ransom ware settles in. In our case, we sought reputable help in freeing ourselves from this issue, and 24/7 Techies did just that...professionally, quickly, and with explanations that made us feel comfortable. Job extremely well done”
“Very Good is not a high enough rating in my opinion. When I need to call technical assistance they are there. Problems are solved there and then. No need to call them again for same problem. Efficiency, politeness and professionalism are part and parcel of this organisation.”
“The help I received was excellent with good communication whilst it was happening. I wish it wasn't so expensive. That is my only complaint - the cost.”
“Your guys helped me when I had a serious problem with my computer. Have recommended your services to many of my friends and family members. Thank you again for fixing mt problem.”
“Sherman and Andrew were very helpful in resolving my issues last night. Much better experience than I have had previously. Very timely and accurate support. Paula Sims”
“After solving my problem on two occasions you left free anti-virus programs on my computer (Super Antispyware and most recently, Avast Free Antivirus), which I gladly accept. However having two antivirus programs is confusing plus I have no understanding how each works or even the one that is in control. Its obvious that these free antivirus programs are meant to generate an update at a cost, and that is understandable but I'm at a loss as to which one of these two that were left is my primary antivirus software. Can you clear this up for me, please?”
