“Booked 247 to pick us up at Heathrow to drive us to hotel in Southampton and then pick us up 11 days later and return us after a cruise. Both drivers Marius Mehedint and DAN SERBAN were both very professional and helpful. As well both drivers were on time. Very pleased and will use 247 the next time in London. Mike Hinch”

“Before I fly in to London, I did some research and I've asked some travellers thru TripAdvisor, true enough 247 delivers top service at an affordable price. The drivers are polite, though not chatty (which I like), and they are on time - most important criteria in transport service. The drivers I met did not try to chat me up for more tips but I gave them anyway for their good service. One area of improvement and I'm not sure if it's feasible, perhaps they can have a cap or hat that has the 247 logo so customer can ID them because there are simply too many drivers at the waiting area and it's hard to look out for the corect person while dragging luggage and bags out of immigration/custom at Heathrow airport.”

“The driver picked me up on time (he was actually there early) exactly where I specified. He has a cell phone app to check traffic, and used this to change the route to avoid an accident on the M5. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“We had booked for our driver to collect us at 20:45, knowing exactly how long it took for us to clear customs. When we arrived at the collection point (at exactly 20:45) the driver was not there. It took two telephone calls to reach the driver. When I finally got hold of him, he told me that our flight was early and that he was still on his way. He did not collect us until 21:05. He also did not help my wife carry her luggage to the car. During the journey, the driver was courteous. It was still nonetheless disappointing that we were left waiting for 20 minutes and then the driver diverted blame even though we were there at the arranged time.”

“Use them since years 5/6 times every year. Always reliable and on time, easy to access website for booking (where I can see the history of my travels), attentive customer care and good cars. Very often got in a bigger car then the one booked. Only issue is at Heathrow pick-up where they do not have a parking company subscription so cars are sometimes delayed as drivers need to pay waiting there for themselves.”

“On the journey out the driver was very polite but did not know the way and so was asking me for directions which was not great. On the journey back the driver was speeding, playing with his phone and their driving made us feel unsafe. I must say though the customer service was great all the way through so thank you for that.”
