“Disgraceful - first I was quoted an original price, then it changed by time I got to destination (an email had been sent to junk mail but I had yet to confirm or reply!) Got to the airport and no one there....after about 40mins of confusion, finally located the driver. The same route with another company or return journey was £13 cheaper! And the service was better as well! Never again!”

Dear Gilla, Thank you for your patience while we have investigated this. We are very sorry to hear such a negative feedback. In the meantime, we have checked this with our customer team service. They sent you an email prior to the pick up time : When you made the booking online, you had to select first London Airport and to fill in with Heathorw Terminal 5 and also with the flight details in the next step. Because of the error our application gave you a wrong price without including the meet & greet. The correct price for the journey will be 46 Pounds for the saloon car. Following this situation, we have taken the necessary steps and I assure that when a similar situation will appear in future to come, the customers will be contacted immediately after making the online booking. “It would have been very helpful to have a specific spot to meet my driver as I arrived a few minutes early and he was not there with a sign with my name on it. I had no phone of my own to find out where to meet him, and had to ask the info services people for help. Otherwise, driver was fine; ride was fine; car was fine. Thank you.”

“I would definitely use this company. I have used them twice, once to pick me up from Heathrow when I had guests arriving. The flight arrived at 8:45, but the driver was waiting from 6:30am, monitoring the flight, and he kindly waited while my guest sorted out a lost bag. I used them again to pick up my guests for a noon flight, and I had them arrive at 8:30, and they arrived promptly and waited outside, and knocked on the door politely at the exact time I asked. Courteous drivers and prompt service. You want nothing more when dealing with an airport transfer. Would highly recommend.”

“It was very nice to have a fixed fare confirmed at the time of booking; no more worrying of the fare meter ticking up while being stuck in the traffic jam like in a black cab, nor worrying to be confronted by a demand for the unseen extra if I used a usual minicab.”

“Two girls traveling to London for a long weekend - with all the bags! We were met at the airport because of a late flight time. We arrived actually a few minutes early, but only a few minutes after coming out, our driver was there. The trip to the hotel was comfortable, rather than stressful! On our way home, we chose to do this again and placed another online order. Our driver was right on time and we were at the airport exactly when we expected to be. The drivers were dressed well, helped with bags, were polite and courteous - we were thrilled to have them both. Online, prepaid ordering was simple and fantastic for us. Thank you!”
