“Prompt response and prices good however warnings all over forums about huge costs of 070 phone number and delays in speaking to anyone or possibility of being asked to call back again later at further expense. This completely put me off considering to purchase a part i really needed from this site. They need to be much more open about costs to be incurred.”

“While 247 is very good at sending the information you need, the companies they send information on is not so good! I read reviews on each one and they were less than good! Maybe 247 should check these companies out before recommending them?”

“This is a very good system to find spares , much like the price comparison sites which are around for other products . You can receive prices from several sources then decide which supplier you want to use . It saves wasting time and effort looking at loads of different sites which may not have what you want , but , this way you get contacted by people with the parts you want in stock.”

“Had good responses from dealers with two phone calls. Did not buy spare part as spoke with my garage who was prepared to install part but car ageing and local dealer made great offer on a newish car so have bought car instead of parts. But will definitely use website again.”

“Ultimately I got the part I wanted at a fair price-but it took a second listing after three suppliers offered the part ,took payment details,then cancelled,one saying it was broken (fair enough,but dont they check first?) another that "it has been sold on e-bay" and quite a bit of messing about, so it was 12 days before I finally got the part.”
