The company JIMMYS SPARES were rubbish in suppling the right parts for my Daihatsu Fourtrak only a part order over priced by a greedy mile ONLY a small refund of £100 Bad quality parts described as good just a rip off company and I will never use you or Jimmys again clear enough T\X

I have ordered a Door Mirror from one of your members, and it hasn't arrived, and I cannot reach them on the phone. However, they have taken the money out of my account. So I need some answers.

Didn't know who called me. They asked for my debit card number and security code. Is that right? Surely an online payment scheme should be used. They now have access to my current account at any time.

I entered my requirements several times and had about 6 quotes. I entered all relevant information INCLUDING the part No. Listed are some of the excuses I got; 1) we have the part but its the wrong part number, Well why quote then ? 2) the quote we gave you (£120) was computer generated, the numbers don't match but we can obtain one for you for£420 3) Yes we have the part though we are busy and it will take 5 days to reach you (Monday 18th). I paid £175 to SAS spares. On the day of delivery I got a phone call 'unfortunately the part is corroded, we will give you a refund and despite promises that the refund would be in my account by the Wednesday 20th (which it wasn't), I phoned them only to be told that it will be at least 6 more days....next Tuesday 26th before the money is refunded. 4) Yes we have the part, I will get my colleague to remove it from the car. I will phone you back in 20 minutes. 3hours later I phoned them, 'Oh sorry, the part number doesn't match'., thanks for the phone call then I finally managed to get one from Nottingham through 24/7 spares but I am to say the least disappointed with the professionalism of the people you use

They were quick. But the initial form did not allow for necessary details. Result: many many telephone minutes wasted in asking about colours, etc, only to wind up with nothing.

Was after some used alloys. Entered in the Qty required box - 4 - and submitted my request Got loads of emails back from suppliers all just for x1 wheel. Phoned two of them who said that what they got from 247 was for Qty of 1! None of the suppliers could quote for 4 so I gave up and went elsewhere.

1st motor wrong one.Next motor smashed on delivery.3rd one arrived after phone call to Metro Metals one week later! 2 weeks late got credit for 2 sent back! 5. 00 pounds,not 5.80 as agreed! Have asked for vat invoice 4 times over 3 weeks! Still awaiting vat invoice! Not very happy at this standard of service.TimEyre.

BOUGHT AN ENGINE ON SUNDAY MARCH 27TH, IT IS NOW FRIDAY 1 ST APRIL AND STILL HAVE RECIEVED NO ENGINE. OK IT WAS A PUBLIC HOLIDAY ON MONDAY BUT DELIVERY WITHIN TWO DAYS, WHAT A LOAD OF BULL

Not enough detail, and generally at higher cost than from Ebay or Gumtree options where item's part numbers are noted and items clearly photographed to confirm suitable / as required

Thanks for passing us on to engine components ltd for our 2007 tdi vw Passat, Scot was very helpful when I spoke to him regarding buying his product, unfortunately he wanted us to pay via bank transfer ( ah don't think so) but he insisted that we would be ok!! We said only by card which he replied the machine is broke-so we came to an agreement to pay via paypal. had lots of phone calls up to this point trying to sell his engine. Once we agreed to pay via paypal and did last Thursday lunchtime he said the engine would be delivered the next day or Monday the 14/3/16. I tried to confirm this regarding phone calls but all of a sudden Scott no longer was able to answer his phone or was not available to give me confidence this was going to happen. Today I rang the logistics company used by Scott and there was no engine to be delivered??? I then phoned Scott again and he said it will be delivered tomorrow 110%, a day later than he promised as we were on a tight schedule. Unfortunately I feel the customer service has been far from perfect with no consideration for the customer or the fact of your self's reputation. I will be ringing the logistics company tomorrow first thing and finding out if the engine has indeed been sent, if not then this will not be the last the engine company will hear off this matter!!! I believe you should be aware off how this company and it's staff are disrespecting your company and it's reputation built up over the past years. I would be most grateful if you was to look into why this company is treating it's customers.. Thanks Mr M Knowles 07810613681

I called one of your suppliers. And got a quote ,they said a price and told me it would be with me today 7/3/16 I told them I needed it today as the car had to go in for a re- test on its m o t . It did not turn up. After they guaranteed it would. Have to now pay for another test if it turnes up tomorrow

I got loads of emails and texts quotes but when I rang there was no reply..opted for call back ..still waiting !! A garage rang me with a(very high) quote and told me I'd get CHARGED£20 for each phone call I made to the quotes I got so did not use this service

I posted ad for a set of 16inch ford alloys ,,, I also requested that the alloys DID not have any scuffs or kerbing damage !!! But several calls and wen I asked if they had any damage I was told yes ,, hence they HAD NOT read ad properly ,, I even had 1 guy b very rude n put fone down on me
