“The first supplier I contacted tried to charge me £20 for delivery to a place 30 miles rom Aberdeen for a wing mirror. The second supplier quoted £8 delivery but then charged me £10. Couldn't be bothered to complain. The mirror arrived well packaged and fitted correctly”

“I could not load the 'Terms and conditions', so wasn't able to find out any information. Plus, when I tried searching online for a link to the 'terms and conditions' , all I found was negative reviews about the company. That completely put me off.”

“after receiving quotes I telephoned 0703 4712607 to talk to the company supplying the quote - he said that he could supply ALL the parts I needed but would email me with an updated quote, I gave him my email address but he has not bothered to contact me.”

“I rang one of the spares companies he wasn't sure if part was correct size, took my number and never called back .... poor service and I still need part....”

“I unwittingly asked for quotes on a whole engine as it was staring me in the face and I didn't realise how the website worked. Wasn't interested in that at all. Then couldn't see how i could cancel this and stop myself being bombarded with emails. Won't riek that again”

“sadly some of the items were second hand and offered at up to 25% above the price of a brand new item. Clearly you need to take care”

“Contacted for a new engine got a quote, was happy with price. So called to order, was told I would get called back, that was 6 hrs ago! And still no call back”

“I got several quotes quite quickly - all very expensive and not very convincing that they would really send me the right part. Quite a few were not very clearly identified - things like just giving a mobile number and asking £40 or more for a part you can get for about £15 new on ebay. None were clear about what they were sending or even if it was driver side or passenger side.”

“Although I had plenty of responses about a replacement gear box, the gear box I paid for said on the website it was reconditioned, however I was informed when it arrived by the garage that fitted it for me that it was no reconditioned but just second hand straight out of another car and not reconditioned at all. The courier was also 2 days late delivering the unit.”

“when calling up to make payment having sat waiting on hold for approx. 15mins whilst some Asian guy on the line transferred me to whoever ....without success I hung up and tried calling again...and yet again I was left in limbo only to find that I was being charged extornate rates on my mobile....and all this was so I could just pay for the item I ordered....in allmy mobile company charged me £12 for a call that never materialised ...so this I why I will not be using this site again, and since the item I actually ordered actually only being dispatched from a close by town to me I could have gone and collected the thing my self..........yet I was put through a lot of distress having to be hooked to the phone with this call center.....”

“Although the seller was quick to write and backed up the mail with a call the product was far from usable when received. I asked if the gear was in good working order before agreeing to purchase. I was told all good working order and tested before it is despatched! VW HT pack - One lead terminal so badly corroded that it is doubtful it will connect with the lead when fitted (if I do!). The lead recess is green and the terminal has grown in size with galvanic action. VW cooling water sensor - probe is bent and probably damaged contacts as a result inside the housing. Go to the OEM, you might pay more but at least it will work. Invoice number MIM006770 Motors in Motion, Worksop Photos of condition available if required I look forward to your response”

“We ordered an engine with a supplier through yourselves. We have yet to received the engine after paying for this 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for the company to get back to me after lots of excuses.”

“I would not recommend using this company. The number I was asked to call looked like a mobile number 0703 and it did not state that it was a premium number. The call needed up costing me £6. That was just to order the part!! Not worth it in my opinion. Was not happy with the cost either.”

“THe quotes came back quickly some had all what I needed in them but most only had one or two items. I did not call any of them due to the numbers provided for the (0703) and I did not know how much per minute it was and when I tried to call 24/7 I was in a Q for 30 minutes at 10p/min before I hung up wihtout being answered”
