“itdid not impressed as door was wrong colour and time it took to deliver”

“I needed to contact the breaker but was warned this was a premium rate number , I needed to send a picture of the part to check it was the right one as the model changed mid year but I had no email address that would allow me to do this, so I haven't been able to use your service, disappointed”

“Since registering on this site to find out of my mechanic was telling me the truth about the cost of a new engine. I have been bombarded with phone calls regarding the quotes even though I said I did not want to be contacted by phone”

“247 spares is a good service, the quotes came in very quickly. The problem I had was with suppliers not reading the part request correctly and offering wrong parts, and sky high prices for second hand spare parts.”

“I was very very disappointed with most of the parts advisers failing to get back to me after I had asked them to verify that the parts I requested were specific to my requirements eg colour. Everyone I spoke to promised call back and never did. I've since purchased the parts I needed via breaker-link. Your site however is excellent but can't say the same about your members. Thanx for your assistance, but I would rather not put my ratings”

“Good response from trades that can supply the part i need. Prices range from day light robbery to very reasonable. The only issue i have is that i can not afford to ring anyone back because of the high phone charges.”

“Noticed all calls referred 0703 numbers to negotiate which after 4 calls my provider notified me that these prefix numbers i .e 0703 were at premium rate of £20 a time!!”

“The first person to approach us quoted which turned out to be an estimate some £90 different to what he wanted to charge for an item he didnt have, established after keeping me on the phone for 25 mins. Appalling. The second was brilliant, professional, honest and quick to process the order for despatch at the price quoted for an item he had. If the first person I spoke with was from the second company I would have given 5stars but as the first would have had none ive had to meet halfway. Ying and yang.”

“Had a good response initially when searching for spares, but when I had some issues with one seller I failed to find a way to contact you for help. Luckily the issue was resolved. Other than that it seems to be a good site to obtain difficult-to-find spares.”

“Was slightly concerned after reading some of the reviews that had been posted regarding all sorts of problems in countered on this website. In my case things seem to have gone OK, the headlight I ordered arrived with no damage and appears to be correct. My only negative comment would be that it should be easier to contact part suppliers, ie no premium line contact numbers and e.mail contact details should be supplied.”

“The idea is good, and the suppliers come back quickly. However 1. It seems to be confusing if you request more than 1 quantity of something. The quote comes in, but isn't obvious what quantity it's for. 2. Unsure if this is 247spares or the suppliers, but notes don't appear to read. As I stated exactly what I wanted in the notes (from the MK of the car, to the colour, including the quantity) Yet I was contacted either being quoted for the wrong thing, the wrong quantity, or asking me to confirm what I wanted.”
