“the telephone no, you provide is very expensive it is daylight robbery especially how how you have to hold on to the rubish explained and the length it takes i will not be recommending you to anybody”

“247 Spares were as I expected and yes I did receive quotes for the part I required. However, I made the"BIG MISTAKE" of ordering with "Wing Mirror Man"- AVOID this company at all cost ! I waited a week for a part that never arrived, had to fight to get a credit card refund which is still not showing on my card account and I am now still trying to source the part required. Last of all BEWARE 0703 CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBERS used by WING MIRROR MAN/WINDOW REGULATOR MAN as they are apparently up to £6.00 per minute. On this basis I question why 247 Spares would deal with this company via it's site ?”

“The number that you ring starting with 070 is chargeable I think and should be free or specific notification of the charges otherwise the service is good”

“Nobody was available to talk to me so left a message to call me back. After waiting two hours I called again as nobody had returned my call ! This time it was answered and I ordered my part.”

“Instant quotes would be much better. You need to know a price for guidance and yet you have to wait to see what people offer. And the huge variances in costs from differing places is just ludicrous.”

“The variability of quotes is hundeteds of pounds with no reasonable explanation this also reflect on VAT and push prices up for only one reason " grap as much money if u can from the public"”

“They had the part I needed, and once I had completed the online part they where on the phone to me in minutes!! most places never phone at all. There price was a bit high but they did have it, I did go with a pre used part because of the price. I will use them again though.”

“The response to my enquiry was very prompt. I need a replacement engine, had numerous offers of used engine, BUT, NO FURTHER DETAILS. they could have 300,000 miles on the clock, or be completely worn-out. I did not receive any offers of reconditioned engine or any indication of mileage, condition or guarantee. Regards Andy.”

“I received numerous quotes but the information given was inadequate. Just the basic price is insufficient, my choice of a new engine is not base upon price alone. I need confidence in the company and service they provide, a quick price and contact number does not make any one company stand out. I have decided on a company who provided an email with full breakdown and followed up by a telephone call.”

“you gave me 4 different prices for 1 air condition pump bit confusing 1st price was £162 inc vat used 2nd was £252 used inc vat 3rd was £408 new inc vat and 4th was £12”
