“Quick and easy service and most of the prices offered were the same and most were really expensive,your web page is known for being too expensive and when received the item usually is not upto a good standard or as good as described in the ad! To improve you must BE MORE ACCURATE WITH ITEM DESCRIPTION BE CHEAPER NOT SO GREEDY!! OFFER 100% GUARANTEE REFUND IF NOT AS DESCRIBED YOU NEED TO BUILD OUR TRUST IN YOU! MAY BE A POINTS SYSTEM LIKE EBAY AND ANYVAN WITH COMMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS SO WE CAN CHECK BEFORE.”

“I found that they were quick to reply to my request but got the order wrong by trying to sell a complete unit when only part of it was requested. (This has happened on two occasions)”

“The 247 Spares website is good, clear and easy to use. However, I cannot say the same for the supplier network that it put my request to. Of the 3 responses, 2 of them admitted under questioning that the part they offered was not the part I requested, but was a different spec. Therefore 2 wasted phone calls.”

“It was a quick efficient response and redirection to the right firm, but the firm in question failed to tell me that there were two types of wing mirror, a long and a short arm. And as the problem was the near-side mirror striking something over hanging the carriageway, the last thing I needed was a longer arm version. Very disappointing. I had to send it back, and pay extra carriage. I await the short arm model, hopefully”

“I was looking for second hand used spares parts for my car example a drivers side mirror I wasn't impressed with the prices I was quoted by some people as others quoted similar prices for brand new items Carriage charges of £10:00 are a little over the top too as there are many companies out there that charge less than £5:00 example again as low as £2.95 to deliver small parcels”

“First of all. Stop using the 0703 number. I am stopped from using premium rate numbers. Fortunately, the breakers called me and I was able to buy what I needed. So, you offer a great service and then spoil the effect by using a premium rate number.”

“prompt reply, phoned within the stated time, but couldn, provide the exact colour of wing mirror I required. Also on phoning the second option, the call was very expensive. I was kept waiting unnecessarily which pushed up the cost, therefore I wouldn, t use the service again”

“Everyone was too dear on an engine price.One person rang with a phone number withheld and was trying to put me off buying elsewhere by saying they had a bad reputation and that they stole cars.I've shopped around and am getting fitted for £1000 whereas I was being offered prices of £1300-2000.”

“Quick response, seems like good quality but very expensive, wouldn't recommend to anyone on a tight budget, over 4 times more expensive than where I first tried getting part.”
