“the site is good except living in France it is not post to talk to any of the yards as phone no is not recognised abroad.if this could be resulved I would give 5 stars”

“Your web site wouldn't let me cancel a wrong request without sending me back to the start and made me fill out all my details again. Worse than that I then got 10 emails with quotes for the canceled item and none for the item I was after.”

“I actually found the part cheap on ebay rather than using used spares. However service seemed OK with quick responses. I was concerned that the text me facility might not be free and did not realise this until I had requested its use - if it isn't free I won't be happy!!”

“i thought this site was 24/7 phoned sunday was apparenetly in a que to be cut off then told Monday you weren't open sundays, so hopefuly I haven't been charged lots of money trying to phone using my mobile! also there was no description of colour for the wing mirror if it had said the colour I wouldn't have wasted time trying to contact you! to be then told it was the wrong colour! apart from that I would still be happy to try buying parts from u in the future! can u please put a proper description of the parts you are selling ie colours etc would be helpful”
