“Interesting, as lots of quotes for the part requested. the covered a huge range of prices. The least expensive, 2 quotes, @ £40, are used parts. On other sites I have had prices @ £54 New parts. I believe that under the circumstances I would purchase NEW, for very little more”

“Frustrating time trying to stop email quotes.Looked evrywhere and tried different email possibilities and all were rejected.ended up trying to textby mobile.refuse to spendmoney on an expensive phonecall. I have no idea if that has reached you .for that reason I will not be using this site again”

“good in the past, had a quote from dealer phoned witch I now find to be a premium rate no 070 after hanging on twice it said press no 1 we will ring you back i did this twice. next day I rang it again and it was answerd i was asked for the part no I said I only have the ref no you gave me this was no good .I HAVE TAKEN THE ADDRESS OFF AND WILL NOT USE AGAIN, I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CALLS I have now bought from some one else disgueted jOHN”

“Far too many contacts. First phone call at 7.30am offering part. Followed by about 6 phones calls to mobile, and 6 messages left on home phone. Also about a dozen emails. All I want is 1 email giving me a list of suppliers for my part......then I can chose. Almost on the border of harassment?”

“The service is good. I mean I had 5 offers in less than 24hours. But the prices were quite high. After a little bit of search I bought the two items from ebay for about 50% of the price that I had from 247 suppliers”

“Quick response and lots of options. As somebody who can't use their phone during the day e-mail works best for me and it isn't really geared up for e-mail as the responses don't have enough detail to decide whether to call. I don't like the extensive use of personal numbers which aren't included in my price plan so I didn't follow up most of the replies.”

“The service is efficient, quick and pretty much simple as 1 2 3. However, the prices some of the suppliers are quoting are NOT AT ALL competitive. It was cheaper (33% to be precise) to go to the main dealer once the P&P was taken into account for the part i required.”

“when the part was ordered i was given a price off £45.00 + 5.95 delivery i assumed this was an inclusive price i was not told vat would be added however the part was good but i would like to be given a total price if i use your services again R Hyde”
