“I asked for a certain model of car door in a particular colour. There was no indication of colour or condition of the doors. I would have liked some feedback on general condition ie. Perfect ready to fit. One small Ding, surface scratches in need of a repaint. minor repair required. This would have added so much to the value of the information I received. The location in the UK would have been useful. Age and model of car from which the parts had been taken. I was also put off when I can't phone directly and have to go through the answering system to actually contact the supplier. Overall, not to good and unlikely to buy using this system.”

“Component ordered Monday am but not delivered until Thursday am. Too slow. Because I was unsure of component identification I was invited to send a photo of it to sales@japparts.com which I did but received no reply. The whole experience was quite frustrating”

“Found it a little daunting with the say the company works and then there was the acceptance and payment methods....... To be honest a little unsure. On asking the last quote I mailed the garage/ parts place in Rotherham and their answer was very short to say the least.. Also looking at some f the garage reviews did not sound promising when one client drove there to find they did not have the part in question.”

“Happy with my purchase but not happy with the service I received as when someone rang me about the part I needed for my car didn't really want to know if I had the right part I just felt like u wanted money off me that's all and as for it will arrive on a specific date well it didn't it came a day later then I was told and when I rang the company that was despatching the item I just felt that the bloke I spoke to didn't give a dam”
