“excellent service but you were let down by the courier service you used ,it was so important that I had my goods next day delivery which you said it would be ,but only one part arrived and I had to wait til the day after for the remaining part so I had to cancel my arrangements .”

“I LEFT FEED BACK LAST WEEK I WHICH WAS PREMATURE.I ORDERED A PART ON WEDNESDAY 6/8/14 AND WAS LEAD TO BELIEVE IT WOULD BE HERE BY MONDAY.NO LUCK I UNTIL WEDNESDAY AND TRIED TO PHONE THEM.IWAS ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR IN A QUEUE AND THEN GOT CUT OFF ,I TRIED AGAIN BUT GOT AN AUTOMATED WHICH TOLD ME YO EITHER START A DISPUTE OR GET IN TOUCH WITH MY BANK TO FIND OUT WHO IT CAME FROM WHICH I DID.I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE HERE TODAY. NO SHOW I HAVE NOW BEEN TOLD IT WILL BE HERE FIRST THING TOMORROW.FUNNY THREE DAYS. LEN.PHIPPS”

“The variability of quotes is hundeteds of pounds with no reasonable explanation this also reflect on VAT and push prices up for only one reason " grap as much money if u can from the public"”
