“I ordered an instrument cluster for my wife's Peugeot 206 online on Thursday night around 9pm. On Friday morning I received a call back from Bradgate Motors in Rotherham asking me for some additional info to make sure I was getting the correct part. I was at work at the time so I couldn't give the info at that time. I rang back around 3.30pm on Friday and gave the info they required and they said they would check if they had one in stock and ring me later. They rang back around 4pm to confirm they had one and we did the deal. Thanks to Malcolm and Gavin for their help.”

“I was looking for a front wing for my son's 2004 Honda Accord. after placing my request on 247spares I received 5 offers online and one by phone. The prices varied from £70 to £186 so we were free to pick the cheapest or on any other basis. One for instance was the right colour and second cheapest. A good website.”

“I searched for a part and then received several emails with a reference, price and phone number. Every time I rang the telephone number the call immediately ended and I was unable to speak to anyone and order the part. I found the part elsewhere and collected it the same day.”

“QUOTES CAME BACK VERY QUICKLY BUT THERE WAS NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE PARTS, ALTHOUGH THEY WERE ALL DIFFERENT PRICES. I COULD HAVE MADE AN INFORMED DECISION IF THERE WAS A MILEAGE ON USED PARTS AND A MANUFACTURER ON NEW PARTS.”
