“I thought 247 spares work very quickly and offered myself a multitude of different offers all at varying prices. Which was great because when I first received an email I thought, oh well just another company trying to offer me over price items. But no they offered me the option of choice and at all different prices thank you”

“The three quotes that I chased up didn't work out. One stated that they didn't have the part, one that it was for a similar car to mine but not compatible (not sure on this one as it is a generic part for several models) and the third had the part but it was faulty so I had to be refunded after having paid for it. Some of the onsite form filling was clunky in as much as if I needed to change one criteria on my search it meant going back to the beginning each time. This is a nuisance.”
